CUSTOMER SIDE:
- after 25 years of work in the LED field in the ADV, SPORT and RETAIL areas, with around 3,750 customers followed, we have
learned that the right approach cannot be that of a canonical 'supplier' but rather that of a strategic partner in the
choice of technology and related services. A constant dialogue with the customer, for the deepest understanding of
needs and the consequent achievement of maximum (mutual) satisfaction;
- that transparency towards the partner must be total, and therefore give visibility of the materials, technologies and
services to be offered;
- taking care of the partner's company as if it were one's own by understanding the needs and optimizing the responses in
obtaining the correct quality/price ratio;
- avoid mistakes due to inexperience.
SUPPLIER SIDE:
- we have had the opportunity to experience at first hand wrong supplies dictated solely by the perspective of savings, an
error that we will never repeat;
- we have selected mid-level suppliers capable of following us in detail but just as 'powerful' to have access to the supply of
raw materials with good results from the economy of scale of their structure;
- we have shareholdings in suppliers' companies and in turn we have shareholdings ourselves. A bond that protects us and
our customers.
